Well, when I was a child my dad (working in telecom engineering) was never really successful at explain to me what he did when he was at work. Ironically, now I find myself in pretty much the same situation today.

My son is only 3+ years old and has just recently learned to master a computer mouse. I think that it will be many years before my narrator skills are sufficient to explain to him what I do all those hours every week where I am not at home.
